The Hartwick Event Box for Regional Events

Do you want to meet Hartwick alumni in your area or do you get together with your close Hartwick friends?

Plan a get-together at a local restaurant, brewery, park, or other venue to celebrate your Hartwick connection and let us help make it more memorable. We want to support alumni-led events with a kit that makes hosting easy and fun.
Most regional events have 10–30 attendees.

How It Works

Submit the Event Box Application at least 6 weeks before your event.

We’ll follow up to confirm details and provide a contact list if requested.

We’ll send your Hartwick Event Box, which includes:

  • Name tags an attendance sheet
  • Hartwick pennant for photos
  • Balloons, swag and more...

Host an Affinity Group Reunion On Campus

Reunite with former club members, teammates, or Greek life siblings. Hartwick offers alumni:

  • 10% discount on summer apartment housing
  • Waived event space fee
