2024 Summer Hours

Summer office hours will be in effect Tuesday, May 28, 2024 through Friday, August 2, 2024.

Regular office hours will resume effective Monday, August 5, 2024.

Academic Affairs:

All departments within the division of Academic Affairs will follow summer office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday), except as listed below:

  • Library, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, closed Friday.
  • Student Success Center, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, closed Friday.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging:

The Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging will follow summer office hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday; closed Friday.

Enrollment Management and Athletics:

All departments within the division of Enrollment Management and Athletics will follow summer office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday), except as listed below:

  • Athletics: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday).

Financial Services and Risk Management:

All departments within the division of Finance will follow summer office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  (Monday – Friday); with the exception of Campus Safety Officers and Dispatch who are in operation 24/7.

Human Resources and Compliance:

All departments within the division of Human Resources and Compliance will follow summer office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday).

Institutional Advancement:

All departments within the division of Institutional Advancement will follow summer office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday), except as listed below:

  • Center for Craft Food and Beverage: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Monday-Friday).

President’s Office:

  • The President’s Office will follow summer office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday).

Strategic Communications:

  • All departments within the division of Strategic Communications will follow summer office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  (Monday – Friday).

Student Experience:

  • All departments within the division of Student Experience will follow summer office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  (Monday – Friday).
