Campus TV Screens
We welcome slide submissions for display on campus TV screens to help promote events.
Slides will run for 7 days maximum. Submissions are reviewed and go live every Monday—meaning slides will need to be submitted up to 7 days in advance of them going live on campus tv screens
1920 pixels wide by 1080 pixels tall is the ideal size for TV screen slides. Other sizes may work but not appear correctly.
Your slide must be in the JPEG file format. This appears on the end of your file name as .jpg or .jpeg
TV Screens playing slides of campus events will be located at the following locations:
- Clark
- Yager
- Johnstone
- Golisano
- Dewar 3rd Floor
- Stack Lounge
- Dewar 2nd Floor (Commons)
- Anderson Theater Lobby
- Binder 1st Floor
- Binder 3rd Floor
If you need software for creating your slide we recommend using Canva.
- Create a free account using your hartwick email address
- Create a slide. We created this Canva template as an easy option.
- Click Share>Download>File Type dropdown>Choose JPG>Click download
- Submit your slide for display using this Google form (you will need to be signed into your hartwick.edu email)
