Open Houses

Our summer, fall, and winter open house events are geared toward students who will be entering Hartwick in the Fall of 2013. Spring Junior Open House is best suited for students completing their junior year of high school. To sign up for one of our Open Houses, please click here. Open House Programs are planned from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.:

*The Clarion Hotel in Oneonta is offering a rate of $95 per room, per night. The Hampton Inn is offering a rate of $85 per room, per night.

Weekday Tours and Interviews

Although we do not require them, an admissions interview is strongly suggested. An interview gives you the opportunity to tell us about yourself and the experiences you’ve had, so we know the whole story, not just what we can see from your paperwork and test scores.

Academic Year: Tours are held at 10 a.m., noon, and 2 p.m. with interviews conducted at 11:15 a.m., 1:15 p.m., 2:15 p.m., and 3:15 p.m.

Pine Lake Campus Tour: Tours of the Pine Lake Environmental Campus are offered on Friday's from 1 - 4pm and by appointment. We welcome visitors to Pine Lake at any time. Self-guided tours, maps, and other information are available inside the Robertson Lodge at Pine Lake. To arrange a tour, call 607-278-5429 or email pinelakerentals@hartwick.edu.

Saturday Information Sessions

Saturday sessions are a great way to take a full campus tour and participate in a group information session.

Off-Campus Interviews

We know that not every applicant can make the trip to Oneonta. Therefore, we offer a number of opportunities to interview off campus. Interviews with admissions representatives or members of the Hartwick Alumni Recruitment Team (HART) can be arranged in many places nationwide. Also, we can arrange telephone interviews.
