Kamylle Blackwell-Clark
THRIVE Program Coordinator
Hello! My name is Kamylle Blackwell-Clark, I earned my bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oneonta and I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Social work at the University at Albany. My professional interests include student affairs, first-generation student success, leadership development, and creating inclusive environments where all students can feel connected. Currently, I serve as the THRIVE Program Coordinator, and in this role, I create student programming as well as connect students with the resources they need to grow academically, personally, and socially.
Before becoming the THRIVE Program Coordinator, I worked in Hartwick’s Harry Bradshaw Matthews Belonging Center, supporting student engagement and initiatives that fostered an inclusive campus community. As the College expanded its efforts to strengthen student belonging and retention, I became part of the THRIVE Program development team. Transitioning into this role has allowed me to continue building and growing a program I helped shape and I’m so excited to support students through every stage of their Hartwick experience!
