Hartwick College Visiting Writers Series Welcomes James Tadd Adcox

The Visiting Writers Series at Hartwick College continues this spring with a reading by author James Tadd Adcox on Thursday, April 23, at 7 p.m. in Eaton Lounge, Bresee Hall. The event is free and open to the public.

Adcox is the author of “Denmark: Variations” (Hem Press, 2023), a collection of sixty sets of instructions for variations on Shakespeare’s “Hamlet.” His work has appeared in “Granta,” “The Rumpus,” “3:AM Magazine” and “Wigleaf,” among other publications. He is also a founding editor of the literary magazine “Always Crashing.” Adcox has lived in Indiana, Chicago, Pittsburgh and North Carolina.
