Honor Band Guest Conductor
Curt Ebersole has served as Conductor/Music Director (John P. Paynter Memorial Chair) of the Westchester Symphonic Winds since 2008. He led the Westchester Symphonic Winds in their Lincoln Center debut in 2010 at Avery Fisher Hall, conducted the ensemble at their first national convention performance in 2012, at the Association of Concert Bands Convention in Poughkeepsie, New York, and conducted the ensemble on their first exchange concert with the Northshore Concert Band, at Pick-Staiger Concert Hall, Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois.
Honor Band Host, Assistant Professor of Instrumental Music
Andrew D. Pease directs Hartwick’s Wind Ensemble and Brass Ensemble and teaches conducting and orchestration. He began his career in New York City, where he led the Columbia University Wind Ensemble and Columbia Summer Winds. He has degrees from Dartmouth College, Columbia University, Hofstra University, and a DMA in wind conducting at Arizona State University, where his primary teachers were Gary Hill and Wayne Bailey.
