Mr. Norris is a NYSSMA (New York State School Music Association) adjudicator for both brass and jazz, and is currently serving as the NYSSMA Conference All-State Jazz Chair.  He is also an active member of the Association of Chenango Area Music Teachers (ACAMT), having served as both President and Vice President.
