Kayden Zachgo ’27
2026-2027 Grow America Fellow
Kayden Zachgo ’27 (Warwick, NY) is a double major in business administration and economics and also serves as co-captain of the Hartwick men’s soccer team. Kayden’s previous professional experiences include work at the Port Authority of NY and NJ as a finance and budgeting intern and supervisory experience with lifeguards and ski/snowboard instructors at Mountain Creek in Vernon, NJ. In his free time, Kayden enjoys being outside, fitness, and spending time with friends and family.
Kayden values a strong work ethic and loyalty, and he brings his professionalism and eagerness to explore different fields of inquiry to every new position he enters. His goals for the Grow America Fellowship are to become more familiar with the housing and banking markets and to earn the respect of the intelligent people with whom he will be engaging.
Kayden believes that housing access is fundamental to a good life, and he was initially drawn to Grow America for this reason. After graduation, Kayden hopes to pursue a career in real estate, where he seeks to renovate and lease properties all around the world.
