Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems

Weian Wang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration and Accounting and the Department of Computer and Information Science at Hartwick College. His teaching courses include Business Information Systems, System Analysis and Design, Project Management, Introduction to Big Data, Big Data and Informatics, Database Management, and the FlightPath. His research stream focuses on data analytics, big data, individual and organizational aspects of Information Technology development and use. His papers have been published in Information & Management, Communications of the Association for Information Systems, European Journal of Business and Management, Journal of Law, Policy and Globalization, and proceedings of the American Conference on Information Systems and the International Conference on Information Resources Management.
