Overnight Accommodations

Check-in is daily from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (subject to change for special events). Please indicate via email or phone what time you plan on arriving because this will determine whether we meet you in person or leave your keys for pickup. If you will arrive during check-in hours, we will coordinate a time to meet you and give you your keys, as well as answer any questions you may have. If you are arriving outside of the check-in window, your keys will be available for pick up at Campus Safety on the 3rd floor of Dewar Hall (please refer to the campus map).

Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Before you leave, please strip the linens off the beds and throw out any garbage/recycling in the dumpsters behind the apartment building or in the center of the townhouse quad.

Apartment guests should return their keys in the envelope provided to the black key box at the front desk.

Please note that there is a $50 fee if you lose the unit keys in order to cover the cost of changing the lock.

Pets, smoking, and large parties are prohibited in the rental units.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. out of courtesy to the other guests.

Please ensure children are supervised at all times.

Please note that cleaning/restocking of the rental space will not occur during your stay.

Apartment guests should park in the large parking lot in front of the apartment building (building 21 on the campus map).

Hartwick College offers free internet for guests. Simply select ‘Hawks-Guest’ on your device and follow the necessary steps to register for internet access (If you are a long-term guest, you may need to register weekly).

Each unit comes with a smart TV that can be used for streaming services such as Netflix (you must provide your own account information). They do not include cable television.

Apartments come equipped with central air conditioning that can be controlled via the thermostat in the unit.

Apartments come equipped with bedding, towels, kitchenware, a keurig coffee machine, and a smart TV in the living room. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.

Laundry is free for guests, but detergent and dryer sheets are not provided. The laundry room for the apartments is located on the second floor.

Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be refunded in full. For reservations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, Hartwick College will retain a service fee equivalent to one night’s stay + tax.
