I chose Hartwick because of the law program.
I decided to become a football manager because of my experience in recording journalism during high school. Being a football manager has been an opportunity to do and learn something outside of my major; and, it has also shown me the dedication and teamwork athletes put into their sport. It has given me firsthand experience in handling the technical aspects of recording and observing how coaches and players analyze footage to improve.
As a 3+3 Law student, I am finding that the program between Hartwick College and Albany Law School is a great opportunity because it lets me complete both my undergraduate and law degrees in just six years instead of seven. This saves time and money while giving me a head start on my legal career. I will start law school earlier, which means I can begin practicing law and earning a good salary sooner. Plus, being in the program means I will be connected with a strong network of legal professionals from both schools, helping me with future job opportunities.
