EmpowerU @ Hartwick College is a two-or four-year transformative program designed for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities who want to experience all that college life has to offer.

Partnering with local agencies, including Springbrook, the Arc Otsego and Arc of Delaware County, this program provides a supportive and inclusive environment where students can:

Gain a Real College Experience: Immerse in the vibrant campus community at Hartwick by participating in social events, attending lectures and exploring the world of higher education.

Build Valuable Work Skills: Gain hands-on experience through an on-campus job, develop skills and build a resumé.

Make Lasting Connections: Form friendships and connections with Hartwick students and staff, creating a supportive network.
