Here you will find detailed information about the A/V equipment in the Shineman Celebration Room, and learn how to operate it.
Celebration Room
Screen: motorized at front of room, raises and lowers when controller is turned on
Projector: Epson EB-PU1008B
Controller: Extron touch screen in rack by lectern
Sound: QSC amp, 2 x Shure wireless mics, lectern with mic and built-in speaker
Connection: HDMI cable at lectern
Media player: Sony Blu-ray DVD player in rack
Two handheld wireless mics can be made available with advanced notice. Please contact spiwakc@hartwick.edu at least 24 hours in advance to request these.

Touch Screen To Start
The new touch screen in the rack controls the system.
“Press here to begin” – this will lower the screen, turn on the projector, and control the volume.
When you turn on the system, by default it selects HDMI. This refers to the HDMI cable at the front of the room.
To raise and lower the volume, use the buttons on the right side of the touch screen.
To mute the screen without unplugging your laptop, use the A/V Mute controls.
To turn off the projector and raise the screen, press System Off.
