STEM at Hartwick

At Hartwick, all our Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) majors are hands-on, collaborative and built around you. You will not just sit in labs or lecture halls. You will work alongside faculty, connect with mentors and build real-world skills from your first year through your senior capstone.

Here, you belong in STEM. And you will be supported every step of the way.

WHAT SETS HARTWICK APART

  • Small classes, supportive faculty, peer mentors and programs like the STEM Society create a close-knit community where you are known, supported and encouraged to succeed.

  • Access modern labs and equipment, research funding and pre-health support while developing the technical and professional skills employers are looking for.
  • Join study groups led by fellow students, take part in team projects and build confidence through hands-on learning and leadership opportunities.
  • Hear from alumni, connect with internships and study abroad opportunities and see how your interests translate into careers.
