Alumni Spotlight

McIntire, a member of the Hartwick Institute of Public Service Leadership Council, was joined in conversation by Hartwick students Addison Havens ’27 and Oiram Duenas-Valles ’27, along with Laurel Elder, professor of political science, department chair and co-director of the Hartwick Institute of Public Service.

“Creating Currents,” runs at the Foreman Gallery of Contemporary Art from Sept. 10 to Oct. 16, 2026. The exhibition spotlights the creative work of artists connected to the department.

Madison Wayman ’24, a Commercial Loan Processor with Grow America, works with small businesses and communities directing capital to support the development and preservation of affordable housing and small business entrepreneurship.

Emilyann Feldman ’21 is a Simulation Nurse at Bassett Medical Center and a Clinical Instructor with the Brent R. Nicklas School of Nursing at Hartwick College.

Five members of the Hartwick College community have been selected to receive a 2026 Alumni Award. These honors salute graduates and current faculty or staff for their service to the College and Hartwick community.
