Information Systems Services supports those functions of the College related to administrative computing.

Our Services
The College currently licenses Colleague, an integrated software package from Ellucian. We support a wide variety of functions such as admissions and recruitment, financial aid, advancement, academic records, curriculum management, and registration.
Our services include account creation, software installation, maintenance, technical support, project management, report writing, systems management, custom and outsourced programming, new project implementation, and training.
ISS Forms
Download, complete the needed form and submit per instructions.
This form is to be completed by supervisors to request a Colleague login for a position which requires access to Colleague. The form must be signed by both the supervisor and the employee. Please complete and email this form to Jason Jameson at jamesonj@hartwick.edu.
Members of the Hartwick College community can use this form to request an account or a change in account privileges for use with Informer, the College’s reporting software. The form must be signed by both the supervisor and the employee. Please complete and email this form to Jason Jameson at jamesonj@hartwick.edu.
Custom programming can be arranged with departmental approval only. Please contact Jason Jameson (jamesonj@hartwick.edu) if you have questions about the feasibility of custom programming or if you would like more information before filling out this form. Once you have received a quote or talked with Information Systems Services (ISS) and are ready to move forward with your project, please complete and email this form to Jason Jameson at jamesonj@hartwick.edu.
