Advising Meeting Summary Form
The Advising Meeting Summary Form is to be used to document the required advising meeting between student and advisor necessary before a student receives approval to pre-register electronically. Please note that this form is for record keeping and may also serve as a guide to the student — it may not be used for course registration in the Office of the Registrar.
Courses that require permission, senior thesis/projects, independent/directed studies, and internships will still use paper for registration. Or see your department chair or the Advising Office for paper copies that come in duplicate (advisor copy, student copy).
