The Cost of Education. Simplified.

Hartwick’s tuition is $23.5K for 2026-27 with annual scholarships of up to $10K and there’s still financial aid!
We have simplified the cost of a Hartwick education to reflect our commitment to direct and transparent pricing.

Steps Toward Financial Aid

Families should complete the steps below to better understand Hartwick’s new transparent pricing and for students to receive their personalized financial aid package.

Life Balance Credit

At Hartwick, we don’t only offer extensive opportunities to create the ideal life balance — we provide the resources and financial encouragement to help your student get there. Hartwick students dedicated to developing a balanced lifestyle through career planning, outdoor recreation, club participation and other well-rounded activities can earn a $250 credit on their bill for the semester — that’s $2,000 over a four-year college career. Activities that count toward the Life Balance Credit include, but are not limited to:

  • Hiking local trails
  • Meeting with your advisor
  • Attending sporting events
  • Meeting with the Career Center
  • Participating in charitable events
  • Attending a campus-sponsored concert or art exhibit
  • Mentoring an incoming freshman

FlightPath for Students

From your student’s first day as a Hawk, they’ll build on what they’ve learned and how they’ve changed, with key professional milestones that help them grow toward their goals. They’ll fine-tune their objectives and prepare for what’s next. Leveraging the resources of our Career Development Center, they’ll be ready to create a successful, well-balanced future.
