Partnering with their Guidance Team, each Hartwick student builds their own, individualized FlightPath.Their growing confidence and evolving interests take prominence as they define and prepare to realize their professional goals. Developed by our community for continual adaptation, FlightPath is an approach that will remain relevant, valuable, and at the forefront of education.

Armed with competitive grants and funding, they engage students as they make strides in the academic sphere and the public sector. This funding fuels research, curriculum development, capital projects, outreach programs, and specific FlightPath-driven initiatives.
